Though a lot of it was stuff that I found unnecessary and not applicable to my situation, the background info itself was worth the price and time. The downside was that less that halfway through the book, it started coming apart page by page and in the end, I have a book of looseleaf paper. I contacted the publisher, and they sent me a new one through Amazon, but my other version has all my notes.
