Herbal Tea Seeds 8-pack

Wow! I think I planted too many seeds haha. After reading reviews that said they had a low germination rate, I planted a bunch of seeds in each soil disc. Mistake! I now have a dozen chamomile seedlings I’ll have to prune out. Oh well. I’m very impressed by the ease and success of these seeds. I just put them in the soil and kept it damp. They all sprouted within a few weeks. The only variety I didn’t have success with was the lavender, but I also didn’t follow the directions and it’s warm where I live. I’ll try again when I can give them special attention.

I’m getting almost 100% germination rate for everything other than the peppermint, only two of those seeds have germinated. I germinate everything in paper towels. The cone flower took longer than expected. I already have lavender and catnip so I haven’t tried those seeds. I would recommend this pack and other packs by this brand to everyone.

Good germination rate for the chamomile, catnip, echinacea and lavender but no luck with the peppermint (but can’t really blame the seeds). Update: Peppermint sprouted and growing nicely now. See picture.

The seeds are very nicely packaged with great design and information. Most of which I ignored. I planted several of the seeds by directly sowing them into a container. It has been a week or two since and I have quite a few sprouts coming up. They seem slow growing, and I may have started them too late in the season since they all recommend starting indoors. I am not sure how well they will grow, how they will taste, or any other information which is why I am giving them 4 stars. Overall, I will likely purchase these seeds again as the packaging is premium, the price is great, and even not being grown to the instructions they seem to be sprouting up.

This is the best seed packaging I've seen! I actually ordered the Sustainable Sprout vegetable and microgreens seed kits for my dad around the holidays to get his first garden started. The seeds have had great germination rates and are thriving, so I had to pick up some for myself! This herbal tea collection is amazing- I can't wait to grow fresh chamomile. Love that you get a variety in each kit. Would highly recommend!

The packets are nicely presented and a good little variety. Unfortunately the lavender was a bust and nothing grew. The rest of the seed packets are growing, some more plentiful then others. I am attempting to get a replacement for the lavender. The plants are not mature enough yet to comment on their taste.

Less than 10% germinated. Save your money and buy from a local merchant!
