However, I haven't gotten to use this muchand already the zipper is giving me trouble. One side keeps catching, and no longer zips smoothly. I'm going to try some wax or form of repair to help the zipper slide efficiently. If it continues to be a problem and I may have to return it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I needed a new bag desperately and love *by H***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 29, 2015* This laptop bag is exactly what I wanted and just as the picture and description. I needed a new bag desperately and love it ### ⭐ One Star *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 5, 2015* Very cheaply made and looks very cheap.
