Checkered Flag Cars Wallpaper Border-6 Inch (Red Edge)

We ordered this for my son's room to complete the "Cars" theme. The directions were easy to understand. We used a small bucket of water that we rolled the paper through and then applied to the wall. In previous reviews, we had read that some of the black will bleed. We did NOT have that problem at all. After we placed the roll through a bucket of water, we used a DRY washcloth to smooth it out on the wall. The entire process was very easy and looks great. I would HIGHLY recommend this product. ** Also I overestimated the amount that I would need and ordered two much. After contacting the seller, they agreed to take back any excess for credit. The entire process has been a breeze.

Looks great! Added an extra WOW factor to my sons Cars themed room. I didn’t know it was pre-pasted but as soon as I learned it was, I carefully read instructions and it worked great! The only thing I would like to add is that the adhesive isn’t as strong so some areas are lifting so I am heading to the store soon and purchasing an adhesive to help with those stubborn areas. It’s a little messy and would def recommend having a helper. It’s a little pricey for the amount you’re getting. Luckily I only used it for a big wall and a small one (see pics) and it was enough.

Instructions for applying this is on the reverse side of the adhesive label. It would be a good idea to move the instructions as this has some people complaining there were no instructions included. With that being said... Having to soak the entire roll in water as per the instructions was too labor intensive, and messy. Cut the length down to a manageable size of 5 or 6 feet, then lay it face down on a table top. Using a paint brush or roller, apply water to the back side and then fold it onto itself and let it sit for a minute. Apply it to the area you are working and smooth out with a wet soft cloth. I also used a spray bottle to add a little water to the walls which made it easier to move the border around to line it up. Once we figured out how to actually activate the "adhesive" we were good to go and it was easy to apply. Wish there were some instructors included though... Room looks great!

Bought this when we were 'upgrading' our boy's nursery to a 'big-boy room' when he turned 3. Was going for a "Cars" theme, and the blue wave I had on the wall had to go, but I didn't want to have to repaint anything. This border did the trick! I was able to just cover the wave (had to do spot painting in only 2 spots first). At $20/roll and we needed 2 rolls, it's a little pricy in my opinion, but to save me from painting the whole wall, it was worth it. It was easy to put on - and I have never put up any border or wallpaper in my life. If you are looking for that final touch in a racecar-themed room, this is it!

This border was JUST what I had been looking for to compliment my son's race car themed room. I chose the size border & outlining color (red). Easy to install just read the instructions a time or 2. I was able to apply it single handedly. Adheres to the wall quite well. The checkere line up very well, especially having to cut pieces to fit corners. Just make sure to pay attention to the last color pattern (white or black) you put on the wall before adding your next piece & looks like a professional job! I'm pleased.

Looks nice on the wall only thing i didnt like is the application was not fun! I was expecting basically a sticker application but NO u must put in water, fold, wait 3 min, then apply, then wipe with wet sponge.. way more steps then id like. But tuned out nice..Also the sticker that holds roll together when new is hard to get off and leaves stickiness, so u cant use that part of border. Its a small part but at $20 roll every inch counts!!

El papel es muy chulo, pero la cantidad no viene bien descrita y no me llegó más que para una pared. Me enviaron un cheque regalo y cuando pedí canjearlo me dijeron que había sido un error y que no me enviaban ningún regalo. Por 48 € que me costó un poco decepcionante.
