High Quality accessory for your Sous Chef 16
I bought this mainly for the 8mm dicing blades. The 12mm dicer that comes with the Breville Sous Chef 16 is a little large for onions. I wanted a smaller dice for tacos and salsa and the 8mm works perfectly. The blades in this kit are of the same high quality as the one that came with the Sous Chef.If there was one thing I could change, it would be the case that the blades come in. It's another rather large thing that we have to find room for. I wish they would have just made another tray that fits under the storage case that comes the the Sous Chef 16 (similar to the one the 12mm blade come in).One note about Breville. When the blades arrived, the case cover was in pieces. It looked like it had been dropped during packaging because both the inner and the outer boxes had no damage. I called Breville and they told me that they did not have any cases to replace my damaged one, so they sent me another dicing kit instead! They did not ask for the damaged kit back. I spent an entire 5 minutes on the phone with their customer service and they had a replacement to me within two days. Great customer service.

Fantastic Add-On Purchase
I purchased the Breville Sous Chef Food processor that included the medium dicer, but knew I would want all three sizes so I purchased this right along with my food processor. I am absolutely smitten with these dicers, and quite happy to have the versatility of having all the sizes. I also appreciate the well designed heavy duty plastic case these came in. Great purchase.

Perfect size dicing blade.
I am having the best time using this set of blades. I am NOT disappointed with this purchase. Loving my Breville food processor.

Dicing various sizes
Wish they had come with the processor . These are expensive but useful if u want to have variety of sizes when dicing

does not come with the geared spindle that you need
have to purchase the peeler dicer compatibility kit first, or this won't work with the food processor - figured it would come with the geared spindle... it does not

Dicing capability you can't do without!
The dicing is uniform and very fast vice pepping by hand. Chops tomatoes, onions, peppers and celery flawlessly. Busy cooks can save a lot of time using this kit with their food processor. Expensive but worth it.

Not good Dicing
The dicing is a cool idea but the actual experience results in a lot of stops and pushing the product through the dicing utensil.
