Not worth it!
I had a hysterectomy and needed this badly TODAY! When I got it I read the package instructions, followed them and could not get it to brea, there was no coolness just a bladder of liquid.. I stepped on it, squashed it under the toilet lid then finally asked my husband to break it. He couldn't break it either.I came here to see if their was an instruction video and I couldn't find one so I googled it. Well come to find out this was already activated before I even got it.Not happy at all! I am so glad I bought 1 to try before I bought more.😡

Perfect for postpartum
This provided the best relief for me postpartum. They are a little bulky, but very absorbent and get cold fast! They do feel a little heavy, so I would put a pair of spandex shorts on over my underwear to make it feel more secure.
