Cable is intermittent
This DisplayPort to HDMI cable was ordered to connect my Lenovo X220 to the Samsung 80" LCD TV from Costco. Unfortunately I am returning this cable due to a bad connection between the DP plug and the cable. I lost connection when I moved the cable near the DP connector. I thought it was lose contact between the DP plug and the laptop. The DP plug has a latch that holds it in place to the laptop, still I held the plug tight against the laptop and gently moved the cable. Without any sever bends, I lost signal. Amazon return policy is fair. Return freight is UPS prepaid.I should also point out that when it was working, the signal quality was excellent. It passed both audio and video.I didnt want to risk getting another bad cable from this same batch. So I have ordered this same type cable from "Cable Matters".

It works, but could be better.
Works as expected, transfers video and sound out of my laptop's DisplayPort port and into my TV's HDMI port at 1920x1080 resolution, but the DisplayPort end is unnecessarily bulky and the DisplayPort latch is a pain.

pretty light duty use
I bought this to connect my laptop to my TV, pretty light duty use. Very soon after getting it, the connection started having issues and I sometimes had to wiggle the displayport connection to get the picture to come on. Now it has stopped transmitting audio. For a cable to fail under such light use is pretty pathetic.

Produces Very Reliable Video
I tried getting wireless to work but kept having compatibility issues. This cable produces great HDMI video without complications and great expense.

It works
Connects displayport output of my Lenovo M81 I'm using as HTPC to HDMI input of my Sony LCD TV with no issues. 15' length allows me to place the PC closer to my seat. Both audio and video works fine. No complaints.

Display port HDMI cable
This is a hard to find cable. The speciality cable is working well between a PC and plasma TV. The price and value is so much better than what one could find locally. Shipped quickly.

it does exaactly what is supposed to... i coonect my laptop to an hdmi port on my tv and i got hd video and sound on a single cable!good construction fast shipping good price!

DP to HDMI works great
Lets me view my computer on my 60' HDTV, display port to HDMI works like a charm.
