Senokot Max Strength Constipation Relief Tablets, 48 Tablets by Senokot

Unfortunately I have to take a lot of tablets, and one of the side effects is constipation.My GP was very sympathetic and I tried a few solutions he gave me, one was literally like swallowing gravel it was dreadful and I only took one dose...ugh !Having taken Senokot many years ago I asked if it was it OK to try them again, and I opted for the max strength ones, and I take one at night so it doesn't interfere with my other medicines.The result was that it definitely helps and he has give me the OK to take it daily with one days 'rest' a week.So for ME it works but DO STICK to the dosage on the packet, unless you consult with your GP like I did.
