Hydrosol Therapy

This book is a fabulous resource for information on hydrosols you don't typically find in other books. I was especially happy to see vetiver and sandalwood as part of the monographs. She also has a great section at the back of the book with formulas for different afflictions. There's a little bit of everything, it's a great start for formulating with hydrosols internally and externally. The monographs give what I feel is good concise information on usage to allow you to hit the ground running. I do wish there would have been a resource list, since some of the hydrosols listed I have not seen offered for sale anywhere. I will be consulting this book a lot.
