We bought this as a Christmas gift for our college daughter who always had a hard time saying good bye to her dog when she went back to school after a break at home. Little did we know that our dog would pass away unexpectedly on the morning of Christmas Eve. This gift is even more precious to her given the circumstances. I may order another. The picture on the necklace of my dog Choo Choo looks exactly like him. I don't know how they did it because the disc is small but it doesn't just look like a dog, it looks like HIM! He passed away a couple of months ago and this will be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I am certain she will be thrilled with it and will cherish being able to wear it in his memory. She does not like big, obvious jewelry so this is perfect for her as it is small and delicate. The seller was very prompt getting in touch with me about sending them a picture to work with. When the first picture I sent wouldn't work well with their process they notified me immediately and I sent them them a couple more pictures. After that I got the necklace in the mail literally only a few days later. They are great and I like how they communicate with you personally. I would definitely buy from them again.

I am so impressed with this product. I recently lost my 15 year old babygirl Roxy to cancer and I wanted a way to commemorate her and carry her with me always.
