Too fine powder
The powder is too fine. It creates doubt if some other powder is mixed in it. Also the shikakai powder has a different colour which is reddish brown. This is yellowish. As regards quality, i am not an expert to comment.

Incomplete delivery but no way to raise request
It is supposed to be pack of 2, but received 1. But sad part is there are hardly any option in app to raise this complaint. Pathetic.
