Packed in bulk. It is emergency food. It can stay good for 25 years, but once opened, about a year.

My bucket was not sealed properly, does this void the expiry? It hadn't spilled.

I wouldn't trust it. Air=spoilage. They are packed with inert gases to help with shelf life,if those escape the lifespan is reduced. Probably very edible now though.

Is the stew blend in Mylar bags, inside the container to enhance longevity, reduce possible spoilage for individual/small family use, once opened?

No. It was loose and good for one year after opening the bucket.
