If you are 3ft nothing it would be good not if you are tall

Rubbish
very flimsy, a 2 year old can pull it round and when it gets stuck on something can carry on walking with it until its fully out stretched. Definitely won't help an adult do sit ups or any kind of strength exercises.

Not exactly what I expectedIt is a rubber elastic material. It is quite stretchy. Weary of the sturdiness of the product.Able to use but not to it's fullest potential due to the sturdiness of the product.

too stretchy
a lot cheaper than some other similar products available, but made from cheaper materials. I had to wrap the straps around the handle numerous times to use this

Quite a good price but extremely slack and not effective

This should not be sale in on any website because it's not in a good quality so I put inside garage bin because its rubbish rubbish rubbish
