KOALA Double Sided Matte Inkjet Photo Paper A4, 230gsm, 100 Sheets

I picked up this Koala A3 230gsm double-sided matte paper for printing high-quality layouts, photo presentations, and portfolios, and it has absolutely exceeded my expectations for the price point. Weight & Feed Quality: At 230gsm, this paper hits the perfect sweet spot. It feels substantial and premium—very much like a heavy cardstock—without being so thick that it struggles to feed. Running large A3 sheets can sometimes cause feed errors on standard inkjet printers, but using the rear manual feed tray, these sheets glide through smoothly with zero jams or multi-sheet pulling. Print Quality & Finish: The matte coating on both sides is exceptionally clean, smooth, and entirely glare-free. Colors come out beautifully saturated, and text is incredibly sharp with crisp edges. What impressed me most was the opacity; even with heavy color graphics and dense blacks printed on one side, there is virtually zero shadow or ink bleeding through to the reverse side. It’s perfect for booklets, calendars, or double-sided portfolio sheets. A Quick Tip for Best Results: To get the most out of this paper, do not leave your printer on the default "Plain Paper" setting, or your prints will look dull and washed out. Switch your printer’s media type to "Matte Photo Paper" or "Premium Matte" and set the quality to "High." This tells the printer to lay down the correct amount of ink, delivering deep blacks and rich, accurate colors. Verdict: If you want ultra-glossy, traditional high-shine photos, look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a professional, understated matte finish for art prints, brochures, presentations, or photo portfolios, this 100-sheet pack is incredible value for money. Will definitely be buying again. Footnote: I used this in a Brother MFC-J5340DW A3 printer using non-Brother inks purchased from Amazon and the results have been really good, better than when using glossy paper (also Koala).

Beautiful very thick high quality photo paper,. it's heavy enough weight to stand as a card when folded, great for printing both sides, feels like a really high quality card finish, holds ink superbly, and I'm blown away by the value, so many sheets for a relatively low price. So fantastic. It's a matte finish, not gloss which is exactly what I want, no high shine finish just beautiful clear images. No smudging when printing, just all round exactly what I needed and wanted. This did need a little wiggling to feed in to my printer... I have a HP deskjet, and much thicker it would possibly not have gone,. but it works well once caught by the rollers.

When this package arrived I was suprised how heavy and deep the box was, over 25mm deep with the 100 sheets of 230gsm inkjet photo paper which is more like card than paper. The quality of this photo paper/card is very good, not bright white but not off white either, the matt surface making it non reflective. When placed in my Canon printer the thickness of the paper is automatically detected and adjustment made, I believe not all printers do this and manual adjustment may need to be made for this heavyweight card. The printed results are very good the big advantage for me is that I needed to print on both sides, this obtained without problem as the ink dries quickly on the matt surface allowing a fast turn around if required, both sides of the paper giving equally good results both in black print and colour photgraphs. My reverse sided printing not attempted via printer auto feed double sided printing as I consider this card to thick and may curl, I prefer to print one side and let the ink dry whilst the card flat and then print the opposite side, smudging not a problem with multiple copies as the ink dry before the next copy printed and landing on top. Whilst results very dependant on quality of ink and printer I found no fault with this paper/card, the printed design on either side as good as the other, for me exactly what I required.

This is paper ! Of course! But it was delivered onto my doorstep outside in the open during poor weather, with absolutely no 'protective' covering suitable for such a delivery, indeed Odd ! Only the corner of some leaves were damaged by poor handling, otherwise it prints well and is lovely and heavy giving precautions a good image.

This is matte photo paper is great, the images show up amazing. I haven’t used them for cards which I’ve seen some people do but I’ve not tried it yet. Greta value for the money. It dries almost instantly so I cannot fault that. I would buy this again for sure

I purchased koala double sided Matt inkjet for my father in laws Order if Service after studying the full description & felt assured that it was the best product even though more expensive than I would usually pay but I wanted to present a superior Order of Service for my family to treasure in memory of my father in law. I purchased from Amazon as our local Staples had closed down & Amazon have never failed to surpass my expectations. It was a last minute purchase on Thursday, arrived in my amazon locker Friday afternoon but I wasn’t able to pick up until Saturday morning. After spending hours creating a wonderful Order if Service full of colour photos of my father in law I was excited to start printing ... that’s where my excitement ended & frustration, panic & a lot of anxiety ensued. I have 2 printers, an Epson ET-2660 eco tank & a Canon iP720 series, the Epson refused point blank to take in the card so I resorted to the Canon which took one sheet then spat the remaining three sheets out with less than a third of the page printed. I worked through Saturday night into Sunday morning desperation setting in as my father in laws funeral is on Monday morning, I tried everything in my power to get my printer to receive and print the order of service until 6am Sunday morning I finally gave up & cried my eyes out. So all in all I can say this product is not what it appears to be, and certainly doesn’t work on my Epson & Canon printer even though it states it works in all inkjet printers. A big thumbs down from me & I definitealy won’t be purchasing it again & quite frankly would like my money back 😡😢

Very good paper. Inkjet ready. Be aware of the colour's and make some tests before waste. Very good price for 100 sheets.

What a great quality! Nice soft structure and perfect match for my Epson ET-8550 sublimation ink printer. The paper is really sturdy and thick, impressive, the colours vibrant and don't wear off. It also comes in a sturdy package, top!

Das Papier hat tolle Farben mit meinem HP Drucker und läßt sich einwandfrei weiter verarbeiten.

Muy buena calidad, colores increíbles. Hay que poner la configuración adecuada en la impresora (papel Mate) para que realmente se aprecie la calidad pero realmente estoy muy contenta. Los colores salen ligeramente más pálidos de lo que deberían (intensos pero más brillantes, los tonos piel salen más claritos por ejemplo), pero tengo que comprobar si puede ser problema personal. El grosor también es adecuado. Me gustaría probar algo más grueso pero de momento con este papel voy muy bien :)
