I bought this hand casting kit as a keepsake for my mum, who has recently diagnosed with an illness. I wanted something simple and meaningful that we could do together and treasure for years to come, and this was absolutely perfect. We held hands while the cast set for around five minutes, then gently removed them and applied the plaster to finish it off before leaving it to harden for 24 hours. At first I thought I had done something wrong, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the final result was beautifully presented. It’s amazing how something so simple can capture such a special moment and turn it into a lasting memory we can look back on. One idea I’d recommend is doing it on a significant day or occasion, and even engraving the date on the base to make it even more personal. Don’t hesitate to buy this. such a small cost for something that preserves a lifetime of memories.

Absolutely love this baby casting kit. The instructions were easy to follow, and the whole process was much simpler than I expected. It captured every tiny detail perfectly — from little wrinkles to tiny fingernails — and the finished casts came out beautifully. This was bought for us by our grandson as a Golden Wedding present. My Grandson helped us to do it but my husband found it extremely difficult to stay still for the length of time needed so I ended up doing my own hand. I have bought another one and we will find a comfier way to do it, hopefully sitting down. Other than that I think it’s a great item and simple to follow.

Believe me when I say I never write a review for anything but this I had too, my mother has an incurable illness and I’m all about capturing special moments with her, this casting kit has blown me away, so easy to do and the results are amazing, it picks up every detail, now I have a treasured memory I can keep forever. We left ours overnight to make sure it was fully dry, don’t hesitate in buying it and missing out on a special moment x

Really good casting kit! Had seen a 3D cast for our baby through a company who wanted over £150! Went on Amazon and found this kit. Really reasonable price and good step by step instructions. Hand cast didn’t turn out as well only due to baby wriggling so definitely a 2 person job but overall really happy with how it came out!

I waited weeks for my husband to come home to do this. On opening the box the foot mould was broken. I taped it back together and still tried to use it. If you make the mix with 25'c water like the instructions say it sets before you even get chance to put the babies foot in. I'm very very disappointed, it was expensive but I can't even contact the seller or the company

Is a good way to eternise the details and will be a great memory in the future! I think there should be supplies for 3 casts at least as for example the hand is quite hard to make specially on babies who even during the sleep don’t stop moving. So the third one would give us one more opportunity to make a good cast. Mine came incomplete because the baby pulled out one part with him when removing the hand. Make sure your baby is very very still and sleeping deeply, otherwise is a waist of money.

Utilizzato per fare il calco a mio figlio di 2 anni e mezzo, considerando che vista l’età non è stato totalmente immobile direi che il risultato è pazzesco. Facile da usare , basta seguire bene le istruzioni, inoltre l’alginato cambia colore quando inizia ad indurirsi quindi è proprio impossibile sbagliarsi . Costo un po’ elevato ma ne vale la pena .

Acquistato come regalo per tutta la famiglia. Tutto è andato liscio e tutto ha funzionato. Il risultato è incredibilmente bello. Abbiamo fatto una scultura in gesso realistica di 4mani due mani adulte e due mani da bambini. Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza. Consigliato.

Top et très chouette! malheureusement j'ai voulu faire une base avec le liquide lors de la deuxième étape et elle s'est cassé. Je recommande, super comique à faire avec les enfants.
