Wisdom in 2020
So GOOD. Tried it once and it’s now my 7th time purchasing. It goes fast if you’re doing calisthenics / working out. Such a great healthy carb alternative (There are Good, Carbs, and the Poisoning Carb, Know the Difference!) to the other starchy items like: Oat Meal, Potatoes, and a million others of it’s corrupt kind (Substance). For you sensitive clean vegans like I, this does not bloat you. Which is why it’s so much better than your starchy cheap Oatmeal. Hence Kamuts Price. Price vs Vitality? Healthier than oats!
Healthy. Crunchier than oats. A staple in our cupboard now. Glad that it is grown in the USA now. Kudos to the farm!

Great to add to your oatmeal
I like to make my own 'muesli' and add this to rolled oats and other grains for my morning breakfast. Tasty and gives me a bigger variety of grains meaning more varied nutrients.
