Geralt's Silver Sword

1) It arrived 2 weeks earlier than the estimated delivery dates. Took 1 week total including ordering it in between two major holidays. 2) It had no official packaging. At first I thought this was a con, but in reality I actually appreciated it. Was minimal and light but very effective packaging and I have no need to find a space in storage for another awkward shaped box. 3) It came with scabbard and back strap. Not cheap looking/feeling so far. 4) Holding it feels great. Its longer than I expected and extremely solid. Nothing looks/feels defective or hastily made. Also sharper than I expected - enough that you at least don't want to drag your finger down the side. 5) It looks better than I was expecting. IF it was billed as an official license, I might expect every tiny artistic flourish and fine, fine detail to be over done. But its not, so it works. If I could ask for one thing it would be a nice themed mounting plaque. That being said, I was well aware it did not come with one so its just a wish list suggestion.

It looks as described. However, it came in poor packaging with the blade bent. Luckily, I was able to put it back. Holding it felt more flimsy than I expected. The saving grace is that it looks decent on the wall as decoration. 3.5/5 stars.

Good looking sword. Pommel could have used a bit better detailing work. Good balance and sharp edge. Scabbard is nice as well and fits well also.

Like many reviews first I read it to see if it would be bad but I kind of gave the hope that it wouldn't be as bad as they said but like many others it arrived bent and the sword handle cover kept falling off and I wouldn't really play with it, it would just sit there but I am disappointed also with the fact that the harness was not good neither I cannot pull it out the sheath while it's on my back all around disappointed only good if you're a seven to eight foot tall Giant do not recommend

The sword is just as amazing in person than in the pic well worth it

Packaging was fairly cheap. Sword is fine but felt the packaging would have been better

Short & sweet. The box arrived badly damaged & bent. The sword was bent like a banana.

The weight of the sword feels a little imbalanced, just ever so slightly, I didn't notice it as much as my friend did. The leather is VERY cheap, feels like if I were to have it outdoors to collect moisture, it would definitely wear out fast. The blade is mildly sharp and very pointy. The handle has a metal clinking sound whenever you wobble the sword. Over-all, would have been more satisfied to pay $100 with the material provided.
