Perfect for culinary and beauty uses, this versatile oil is a must-have for health-conscious consumers. ## Description Our family’s passion is coconuts. This pure Virgin Coconut oil is made from fresh coconuts, NOT copra and should have a distinct taste and fragrance. It has been used as a source of dietary oil for many years in tropical regions. Praised for its many useful properties, Coconut Oil is so highly valued that they refer to the coconut palm as:: β€œThe Tree of Life”. Review: I'm fussy and I loved the taste - I bought this at TJ Maxx in their food section after reading the label. I like that it was a family-owned company and that they proudly stated that their coconut oil was from real coconuts not "copra". I had no idea what "copra" was at the time (it's dried coconut kernels) but knew that buying coconut oil from real coconuts was probably a "win". I've been eating (drinking?) coconut oil for years, but always hated the taste. Then I tried a different coconut oil I bought off desertcart and thought it tasted pretty good. This is only the second coconut oil I've ever tasted that I've liked. My regular coconut oil is cheaper so I will probably continue with that one (unless I find out it's made with "copra") but I would recommend this one based on its taste, the fact that it's family-owned and that it's made from real coconuts! Review: Terrible Packaging - This is my favorite coconut oil, so I was extremely pleased to find it on desertcart. However, the packaging job was terrible, so when I opened the box, the jar was shattered. Good thing it's cold outside, otherwise there would be coconut oil everywhere the box has been. Again, excellent product, so I hope I get a replacement shipped properly so I can enjoy it. ## Features - Organic - Kosher - Family Owned ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01L99925E | | ASIN | B01L99925E | | Best Sellers Rank | #269,305 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #341 in Coconut Oils | | Brand Name | Tropical Green Organics | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars (10) | | Diet Type | Kosher | | Flavor | Robust | | Item Form | Oil | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Item Package Weight | 1.34 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 31 Ounces | | Manufacturer | Tropical Green Organics LLC | | Manufacturer | Tropical Green Organics LLC | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Dimensions | 7.13 x 4.41 x 3.78 inches; 1.94 Pounds | | Plant or Animal Product Type | coconut oil | | Size | 31 Ounce | | Specialty | Kosher, Organic | | UPC | 862224000125 | | UPC | 862224000125 | | Unit Count | 31 Ounce | | Units | 31 Ounce | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Tropical Green Organics - **Flavor:** Robust - **Item Form:** Oil - **Item Package Quantity:** 1 - **Specialty:** Kosher, Organic ## Images ![Tropical Green Organics Virgin Coconut Oil, 31 Ounce - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51NcHI1kmSL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'm fussy and I loved the taste *by B***N on February 10, 2019* I bought this at TJ Maxx in their food section after reading the label.
