Where is the product made please?

Australian company but toilet paper is made in China.

I know the rolls are wrapped in paper, but is it shipped in plastic?

Thanks for getting in touch! If you order a box of toilet rolls, it will be shipped through a recyclable box but if you put an add on like tissue or paper towel, our warehouse will use plastic straps to keep the boxes as one package. We pay for shipping 'per package', so if we can strap a box of tissues or paper towels on top of a box of toilet paper, it's way more cost effective. This not only saves our customers money and makes the value of our products more attractive, it also keeps our overheads lower, which means building more toilets! We have been told by some customers that their local councils do accept Polypropylene (PP #5) strapping in general recycling as long as it's cut into smaller pieces. So, it's worth reaching out and seeing if that's the case for you! I can assure you that this is already in our radar and we are actively looking for solution to make sure we are plastic free.

What are your cardboard boxes made from?

The boxes are made out of 100% Recycled materials And they be recycled once used.

How reusable are those individual roll wrappings? Are they covered in logos?

The logos are as you see on the picture. The paper would cover small gifts or could be used re 'scrapping'. Failing that, into recycling it goes. As an aside the toilet paper is worth buying! It lasted just over twice as long as my old 'brand'.
