BandLab Link Series Audio Interface (BLB-01101)

I bought it and used it for just about 30 minutes and it worked reasonably. I wasn't thrilled by the sound quality, lack of documentation, or the flimsy USB cable as the only method of connection. What really pissed me off was I got up from playing and the USB got pulled from the port, not aggressively either. Pretty much like any other USB device plugging it back in should continue its use. Nope, I got a USB failure, specifically Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). So, I wen through the troubleshooting process on the computer without success. I then tried connecting to another computer and it crashed the machine. Hmm, tried another USB cable and ShaZam!!! BEWARE of their crappy USB cable.

Works great, be sure phantom power is blue when using XLR microphone.

This device comes with no documentation. There is no user documentation or troubleshooting information on the Bandlab website. The only way to contact Bandlab is thru a contact form at the Bandlab store. BandLab has not responded to me.The usb output works, but there is no audio output from the headphone output or the speaker output. I contacted Amazon support & they could not help me because they had no documentation. Amazon sent a replacement which has the same problems as the first device.I am hoping that someone from Bandlab will see this review & respond with a solution to this problem.

Seems to work ok for dynamic mics. Phantom power won’t stay on so I can’t use my primary mics. Great in concept, my unit just didn’t measure up to what I needed.

Hice la devolución por en vez del Link Digital necesito el Analogico, pero dice el correo que no llega hasta Los Ralos, Tucuman, Argentina. Como hago para devolverlo
