The HON Company Brigade Metal Bookcase with Three Shelf, 3 Shelves

I ordered this product on March 11th and it was at my door on March 14th. It was packaged very well. There were no dents, dings, or scratches. What I appreciated most was that it came fully assembled. There is some contraption holding the shelves in place, I guess for transport, I just need to figure out how to remove those (I was too lazy to figure it out as I need to transport the bookshelf to where it will be used). Overall I'm verg very pleased with the bookcase.

I love the amount of space for my classroom books! I can change how high or low I need the shelf sizes to be myself! Easy to clean and will last a long time!

Would have been nice to include instructions on how to remove and move the shelves. There is a trick to it. You need to Get a screwdriver and lift slightly on the bottom of the lip and wiggle until it pops loose.

This is a sturdy bookcase. There were a couple small dents on the sides, but I figured the hassle of returning it wasn't worth the headache. It'll work good in our living room and will eventually probably make its way to one of our offices.

Very well made, solid, just what i needed...however, not inexpensive...if you need a solid, larger shelf (12” shelves) this works nicely

I'm actually very sad to leave this review. I had high hopes for this bookcase, but it may not be the manufacturer's fault.I received the bookcase within 2 days of ordering and the thing comes mostly preassembled. All you need to do is place the holders and put in the shelves. Nothing too difficult. Only problem was that the shelves were not secured prior to shipping (or came loose) and scratched up the sides and back of the bookcase. The side of the bookcase had also been dented in, so placing the shelves in was a nightmare.I've contacted the manufacturer with pictures, but I haven't settled this issue with them yet. Next time I will opt to have a wooden bookcase again. Lesson learned.

Love these bookcases, don’t love the new Logo- looks cheap. Seller very not very nice on the phone when I called to report damaged item. Kept telling me he had to go without giving me instructions where to find the information he needed )the order # on the shipping form is not the Amazon order number!). Did not even appologize until I mentioned the fact that I was rather disappointed to have waited all day for shippping and will have to do so again now that it’s damaged.
