KokieCosmetics Waterproof Velvet Smooth Eyeliner Pencil, Bright Blue, 0.042 Ounce

I had high hopes for this eyeliner. Unfortunately it is not waterproof. I applied it to my waterline and within an hour I was wiping color from under my eye. I did give it 3 stars because I did like how it went on nice and smooth and also like that it comes in multiple colors. I did apply it to my upper eye and it did stay on nice. I also applied it under my eye (not the waterline) and it did pretty well. I don't plan on returning it for those reasons but so disappointed it is not waterproof and it should not be listed as so. UPDATE, Yesterday I gave the first review, I tried this eyeliner again today on my bottom eye (not waterline) and within 2 hours it was not only gone but had to wipe the color from the skin under my eye. If you only want to put this eyeliner on your upper eye then it's good but I want it on upper and lower unfortunately I will be returning this eyeliner.

I was surprised to find this pencil is longer lasting than an upscale brand I tried. It sharpens pretty well. (Has anyone ever found any make-up pencil that doesn't sometimes break off in the sharpener?) I'm not interested in gleam or shimmer; I just wanted a deep green for the waterline. There are better waterline pencils out there, but this one goes on easily and gives decent color payoff while not being ridiculously expensive. I'd buy this brand again.

This eye liner works great it does stay on pretty much all day BUT it doesn’t turn up as soon as I used what it originally came with I couldn’t get anymore out of the pencil! It doesn’t turn up or push up or ANYTHING! So now I have wasted money because I can’t use it at all...I even tried sharpening it... don’t do that it’s plastic casing not wood. I DONT recommend this eye liner at all!!

I've tried so many green eyeliners and they have either been hard to apply, didn't work on waterline, or just not the color I wanted. This one fits the bill on all accounts: easy and smooth application, gorgeous green, and it works great on the waterline too. This will be my go-to and might even try to get another color.

I have tried numerous products trying to find one that is waterproof, and this is not one if them. The color is beautiful but it goes on so dark and heavy. I have learned to use a very light approach but still. Its normally off my eyes by noon.

I bought this light eyeliner to put on my bottom eyelid. It looks fantastic! The reason why I give it three stars is because it gets on my contacts which then I cannot see. I have to fully remove the contacts clean them and put them back in. It happens several times a day so I’ve had to stop using it. It’s a shame I really liked it.

This liner goes on very smoothly. Very important for my 64 year old eyelids!! And the color is great! BUT ... it does NOT stay on! It claims to be waterproof but it can't be waterproof and wear off as the day goes on!!! By days end, there is very little of it left on!! So I would not recommend it!!
