I cannot do HRT so I use the soy to help with the hot flashes and night sweats. It doesn’t eliminate them but it does cut them down a lot.

Seems To Live Up To Health Claims .
Just a few days in , of use and Sleep quality seems so much better. Joint pains subsided slightly ( will need to give it some more time for full effect.Cognitively / Brain wise, I feel relaxed, even getting in a few more hearty laughs. Just feeling good overall!! Only 6 + days in but already decided last night I will actually repurchase this Brand . Fingers crossed! 🤞🏾

Took a few weeks, but works well for hot flashes and night sweats
I am a pharmacist and I was looking for an alternative to hormones for hot flashes and night sweats. I knew soy had the potential to help with this, but I wanted to find a good, reliable product that didn't contain a lot of fillers or preservatives. The reviews of this product were mixed, but I was desperate and this was the best product I had researched, so I decided to give it a try. I started by taking 3 capsules daily with meals. At first, I thought the hot flashes might have been getting worse, as some others have said. I almost quit taking them, but decided to try to stick it out for a month before quitting. That month mark is when things really started turning around. Suddenly I was able to sleep again without waking up in a drenching sweat. I stopped having embarrassing hot and cold flashes all day at work. I have now been taking these for about 2.5 months. I don't always remember to take 3 capsules daily anymore, but as long as I remember to take at least 2 capsules/day, I seem to remain relatively symptom free. I discussed it with my doctor at my most recent checkup and she agreed that this was a good place to start. I'm not against taking hormones, as I was almost there, but if I can delay starting those or find something else to help for a while, I'm all for it. I'm not a huge advocate of natural products, but this one works for me.

Upset stomach
The product upset my stomach - not sure if that's its rapid release feature causing it. Feel so frustrated as I had high hope for the product.
