Easy to use and great sound!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I do a lot of videos that involve talking to the camera. Using the mic from my camera is terrible because the audio is low, picks up white noise and you can’t always hear what I’m saying. With the Paladou lavalier mic, I can plug the mic straight into my camera for extremely clear and audible audio that makes my videos sound so much better than before. It’s easy to setup as it just involves putting one of the included foam filters on the mic and clipping the mic on to my clothing, then plugging in the mic into my camera or phone. easy setup!Recommended for those that do blogs, tutorials or want a hands free way of speaking into a device that won’t constrain them or spend a ton of money on.

Decent budget Lav Mic For your iPhone or DSLR
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The Paladou lavalier microphone really surprised me when I opened the box. I wasn't expecting all of the extras like the case, extension, 2 windscreens, and DSLR adapter. It was very well packaged. The microphone itself sounds decent enough recording with my iPhone and it connected with no problems right out of the box. You can check out the video that I posted to hear what it sounds like being recorded into an iPhone 6s. If you're on a budget and want to get a lav mic for your setup this mic should be one of your considerations.

Incredible Bang for your Buck + Awesome Choice for YouTubers
After having the mic for about two weeks and giving it a run through its paces, I was very pleasantly surprised at how detailed the microphone is in capturing my voice and other audio sources. Not only did I use it to record my voice and for interviews and other video content - I was also able to use it for recording samples out in the field with my handheld recorder and due to the small form factor was able to use it to record some really unique sounds.Overall the mic is really well made and held up to the 'usual' processes as well as a few more hardcore recording sessions of loud sounds and hot/cold areas. The mic has extremely low self noise and the only real noise issues I experienced were using my phone to record the audio as the preamp is cheap/noisy.For the price, it's easy to buy several of them to use in stereo or for recording a multitrack setup for an interview or scene for a YouTube video or short film. The form factor is also discreet enough to not generate a noticeable wrinkle in clothing or be hidden underneath a tie or other item of clothing.Very happy with the purchase, and will be using it a lot going forward!

Surprisingly good
I needed a cheap lapel mic in a hurry, and this fit the bill. Surprisingly, and pleasantly so, it also sounds great. It's certainly not professional quality - it's a little bassy and maybe a little muddy for that - but I was comparing it to the couple hundred dollar lavalier and wireless mic pack I'm used to (which was also recorded using a semipro DAC, whereas this recording was made using my phone).I was really, really surprised. This went immediately into my travel kit, and I expect to make good use of it in the future.

Versitile.
I am just getting started with online advertising video, so my sound quality rating has little reference. But for me the sound is great, and I like the fact that I can unplug things between shots as I look at the results. Just make sure you press the extension cord into the mic cord completely - or you will end up with no sound! As I get more advanced with larger green screen videos, I see that I need more distance between the camera and the microphone, so a high quality shotgun mic may be in my future. But for people doing YouTube reviews and vlogging, this is probably all you will need.

Great vocal quality from this little condenser mic
This lapel microphone isn't a Rode or even a Comica in sound and build quality but it isn't that far off. The vocals are clear and even have a decent amount of bass. The fact that they throw in the adapter to use it with your laptop and a nice, small carry case with a zipper on it just increases the value on this thing. I have no complaints on this mic. For only $20 you are getting a lavalier condenser microphone with far better quality than you would expect. This lapel microphone is a very good value.

Good sound quality at this price
I didn't know what to expect at this price point. I am very happy with the sound quality. The mic is easy to use. I did end up breaking the crocodile clip on it. I had to purchase replacements on Amazon separately. The only issue I am having is that when the recording begins, the silence is more pronounced. Once the recording begins, the mic adjusts and reduces the noise of silence in the background. Keep in mind that I am recording in a studio setting with no background noise whatsoever. Even the AC is turned off! What the mic picks up is the sound of silence!I am having to run the output through Audacity and remove the silence. Since I am good at this it takes me only a few minutes to do it but for someone new, it would take a while to learn how to do it.At this price, I would recommend this product to anyone who is starting out and making videos / audio recordings for the first time.

Quality Lapel Mic with Noise Cancellation for a Very Fair Price
Honestly, we're really impressed with the quality of the mic. It can get a little interference with cross winds (across the chest) but not bad at all. We just take care to protect it better if we're out in windy conditions. Quality is great, it handles volume well (loud speaking / noises), and picks up minimal background noise. We will probably get another one soon. Oh, and thanks for the extension cable! Really helpful.
