Very Healthy Start towards good oral and systemic health
Bicarbonate in it is a great buffer to raise the ph of the mouth to protect enamel of teeth from natural acid erosion from the oral bacteria .. follow with oral rinse with extra virgin olive oil .. preferably with Sciabicas Mediterranean Medly .. good for the Oral Microbiome and Gut Microbiome.

Good product
Better than Crest version of same type of toothpaste. Crest was good until they "improved" it. They probably just figured out a way to make it cheaper.
