The classic country scenes and soft cotton fabric will change and improve the look and feel of any room while adding a touch of style. Made with 100% cotton creates a smooth draping effect and softer texture that some times can't be achieved with inferior synthetic fabrics. You are sure to get a curtain that’s beautiful and functional in a decorating pattern that's timeless and long lasting. Tailored Tier curtains are used to cover the lower portion of your windows or used alone on shorter length windows. They are commonly used in bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens or any other windows where privacy is wanted. Tailored tier curtains can be combined with a choice of three coordinating Victoria Park Toile valance top treatments that are also available thru desertcart. Each curtain is constructed with standard rod pockets and 3 inch hems. Sold in pairs (2 Panels) Length is measured overall 24 inches from header top (above the rod pocket) to bottom of panel. Not a bright cushion. I really like it -- but I'm not going for the bright, cheery look. It blends with stuff around it. **Q: is there a slip cover in thus pattern** A: If by "slip cover" you are referring to the plastic liner shower curtain, then no, it's just the cloth curtain. I have a separate plastic curtain. Let me know if I'm understanding your question correctly? **Q: Is the background white, ivory, or more of a cream?** A: This item is not ivory. I would say it is white but not a bright white. I repainted my bathroom black and white and the white paint is a true bright white so you can see a subtle difference between it and the shower curtain. This is a quality item and well worth the money. Hope that helps! **Q: Are these panels lined?** A: These panels are not lined. I am getting roman shades with black out lining to go behind them, these are in our bedroom. I am still very happy with them. :) ## Frequently Bought Together - Victoria Park Toile 68-Inch-by-24 Inch Tailored Tier Curtains, Black - Victoria Park Toile Tailored Valence Window Curtain, Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/10569982-victoria-park-toile-68-inch-by-24-inch-tailored-tier](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/10569982-victoria-park-toile-68-inch-by-24-inch-tailored-tier) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
