This was mounted on a Remington 870 20" barrel. If you enjoy bending metal and chasing stripped threads for two hours this is the sight for you. For as much as you pay for this thing it should mount itself. It's very, very hard to keep the thin lower strap in the right shape so the screws will line up. My barrel had a mounted factory front bead so I couldn't start all the screws and then slide the sight on. This is extremely expensive and poorly made. It's to bad there aren't more choices available for this kind of sight.
