Edited 2022I took this for 17 staright months. It worked that well, but then the epidemic hit and I couldn't get the subscription to actually for a few months and had to switch to something else. I am trying to get this probiotic setup again b/c nothing I've been trying has worked as well as this product.Original review 2019I'm reviewing the Women's GoodBio...The reviews are skewed bc there are multiple products lumped into this page.This is the 2nd Bioschwartz product I've tried. I have had IBS-D since I can remember. The last few years it'd gotten out of hand so I went on a cycle of month after month of trying out different probiotics. Most did absolutely nothing. Others would cause more gas or more bloating or more nausea. I tried Bioschwartz 40 billion and finally thought I'd found my one probiotic finally. I took it for 5 months and pretty much lost all the d* portion of my IBS and became IBS-C to a painful point. I'm actually not sure which is worse: constipation or diarrhea. It's a toss up. So I tried a few others again and they didn't help, so I got an email ad about the Goodbio from Bioschwartz and figured since the 40 Billion worked to an extent, maybe the Women's health would work too since it had most of the same cultures.Yes, there's a coupon for a free bottle, but that's not why I tried it. I mean, you DO have to actually finish the 1st bottle so if it didn't work, why would these people want another bottle laying around the house? Anyway.I digress.I give this 4.5 stars so far after 1 full month bc I have become increasingly regular (which is a dream) and have had no negative side effects. My womanhood hasn't benefitted from this, so if you're looking for something to maybe prevent chronic infections or what have you, this probably won't help bc I still have to take a prophalaxis for UTIs. No improvement on acne either (bummer). So, give it a shot if you're having difficulty finding a probiotic that doesn't stop you up.

This product is so far the best and most effective probiotic I've tried. Seriously I have GI issues like IBS as well as celiac and more often than not I am backed up. I don't like to use sennosides as they cause uncomfortable bloating and cramping. Within just a day or two of using this probiotic I noticed incredible changes to my gut health! I've never experienced success with a probiotic before bio Schwartz and I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to improve gut health!The only downside to this product is the packaging. The capsules are in foil packs and can easily be bent or broken removing them from the foil pack. Just be careful dispensing.

After an overly indulging vacation my gut health was in rough shape--bloating, discomfort, and irregularity. I had hoped that probiotics would help get my gut back in balance. After much research I thought that GoodBio for women would be my best option. It certainly was a great choice! In less than a week of taking it on a daily basis my gut was feeling much better and my system was working really well. I'm happy to report that I have no more bloating and discomfort. I was having bouts of bloating, gas and constipation which caused me to feel very sluggish. Also, as a woman I was experiencing some discomfort from BV. I have been taking GoodBio every day for several weeks and have noticed a tremendous improvement. I feel lighter, no abdominal pressure and have started going more regularly. Also, it seems to have completely wiped out BV. I think this is exactly what my body needed. There are 3 capsules left from my original purchase and I believe with continued use, my conditions will continue to improve.

this is my third month taking these and I am obsessed! I got them mainly for the high live strain count, and being vegan just to try, after the first two weeks I noticed a changed in my skin, vaginal and gut health. I'm prone to infections of the face, vagina and gut so a good probiotic is key for me, especially dairy free or vegan. After I finished the box my skin was completely clear and my gut was happily regular and no more yeast infections. I can't be without these! Definitely signing up for auto-ship to never miss a day!

After using the (expensive!) Plexus Triplex for 3 months---and being kinda grossed out by the MLM-religiosity (a la the cultish "Amway salesman" approach of the 80s and 90s) of the company's "ambassadors" --- even though I felt I had received health benefits with Triplex, they were harshly won, both bodily and financially--and at a cost my already-strained budget could no longer justify; therefore, I went in search of a way I could maintain and continue to improve my gut health gains with probiotics, prebiotics, VitC and Magnesium citrate, etc. I found it here--without the harsher side effects and "detox symptoms" that were straining my gallbladder-absent liver. This product is gentle and effective. I will continue ordering it, on subscription.

It’s a good product & works but for me I like the probiotic on its own better. Also not a fan of the bubble packaging. Would rather have a bottle of loose pills.

I Love this product. It is healing my gut like it has never been! I was bloated, irreagular, pain, crampy and all of this is improving greatly. Did a lot of research on the right probiotics and how the product is packaged is so important. If it’s in a bottle DO NOT BUY IT! This product has the right probiotics, packaged the correct way and I would not go with out it.
