Other reviewers feel the magnet isn't strong enough. I find it very strong. It is easy to put on and take off. I am so glad I ordered it. Highly recommend.

This wrist pin holder is fabulous. I was moving my pin cushion back and forth between my ironing board and sewing machine which was bothersome. Now my pins are with me and it makes my work so much easier. Magnet holds them perfectly in place and the wrist bad is comfortable.

As you can see in the video, it’s actually pretty hard to get the pins to fall off the band as long as it’s a reasonable number. Sometimes the pins like to align in a particular way which is weird and makes it feel like they’re not going to stick immediately, but they almost always do. You do still have to pay attention to how you drop the pins on your wrist. You’re mostly exchanging the orientation problem of sticking your pins in a cushion for the problem of making sure you don’t stab yourself. Still, it’s marginally better, and I will probably use it every time I use pins instead of clips. As far as orienting it on your wrist, because of the way you feed fabric into the machine it actually feels like it would be more ergonomic to have it lay on your radius bone than like a watch, but it just doesn’t lie that way. I’m not sure if I would prefer a device that did that instead since it might be awkward in other ways.

I found this neat little gadget by chance and being a keen dressmaker I though it would be quite handy and at such a great price I thought why not give it a go - No only is it great for my sewing - buy being magnetic I have also found it useful for hair pins when my daughter is dancing for shows and competitions - It's great at work when I need to paper clip things together for staff information, I don't ruin my nails by having to dig into the paper clip box all the time and of course if I drop anything - it's magnetic - so it picks it all up for me - Excellent

This is a great little gadget for sewing. I don't have to keep pressing pins into a pin cushion. Also great when doing machine work! So glad I cam across it! Definitely recommend it.

Bought this for larger size tacs when quilting. Much more convenient to have the tacs on the wrist then always looking for the box. Helps to clean up when the box of tacs gets dumped in the floor. Very comfortable on the wrist too.

This is supposedly the strongest magnet in the market and received many good reviews, but I’m really quite disappointed. The packaging really says it all (see photo). The strength of the magnet is mediocre at best, and it can only hold a few pins. I find that my pins, which are good quality ones, will often fall off. I wish I had bought a Japanese version. As always, you get what you pay for.
