Bought in oct 24 and started using from Jan 25. FM has failed to work from 15 Feb 25. Booked for a service as in warranty. But here I had problem in generating invoice which was demanded by technition. There was only packing slip available as it the order was multiple items. I was directed to use desktop for printing, and to my surprise, again I was directed to the Amazon seller to generate a separate invoice. This was clumsy process. Also the serial number printed in thermal print and pasted in the bottom. Within in one month of using that was become unreadable. As I have preserved the packing carton , I could pick it from there. How ever the service provided and the FM problem resolved, by replacing a spare part. So my suggestion is for new buyers is to Ask for a separate invoice and register for the warranty immediately on receiving the product. So A separate invoice, with

The product was working fine for 2 weeks. Then it suddenly stopped working midway & not getting turned on at all. We tried all the possible options but in vain. We tried to contact the saregama customer care, but the service is very very very pathetic. We were surprised to see that serial number of our product is not valid at all. Such a terrible experience with the service provided. I would not recommended this product at all. The sole reason is the service provided by saregama.

Great value for the money. The sound quality is awesome. Definitely should try.

Sound quality is top notch,but costly for the price

if you want to bring smile in your parents face or any elder's face, this will be perfect gift for them. Infact i recommend , everyone should takeout some time and hear the best melodies of our golden period by using saregama mini. This will surely make your day, this product is value for money , very reasonable price and along with lots of features which is very hard to find in any other speaker. I am very happy after receiving this product

Reviewing after one year of usage. Bought three units as a gift to elders in the family. I preferred Saregama Carvaan Mini as it comes preloaded with old songs they liked. But all three encountered different issues within a one-year timeline. In one unit, the antenna broke. So I had to connect wire as make-shift antenna. Another unit stopped charging. The third unit power button is not working properly, it has to be pressed in a certain angle to make it work. I've to admit the units are used regularly. So, if you are fine with one year life-time for regular use then go for it.

I like the songs, but we need more tamil movie songs

Nice songs. Product is so good. I like it.

Just as described. Great size and sound but I wish they had more recent songs. Many are my grandma’s era
