These come in strips of 9
We ordered these to fix cables into a brick wall. They seem to come in strips of 9 - one is missing on every strip of what should be 10. There were 22 strips. 22 x 9 = 198. Don't expect the full 200. However, delivery was quick.

Vital part of the toolbox
I didn't realise how useful these were until I needed them for a clients site which had walls made of engineering brick. No cable clips would go into the brickwork. These turned an issue into a breeze. a 5.5mm masonry bit meant I could quickly drill the walls, push these into situ then attach the cable clips.I know brickwork in many modern homes is softer, but if you have a pre 50's house and need to attach cable clips, buy a box of these and a quality 5mm or 5.5mm masonry bit, then the job will be a breeze.

Saved hammering my thumb!
Just been fitting some lighting to an outside wall and could not hammer in those little cable holders to the brick. They just bent or pulled out and I was starting to cause severe damage to my thumb. I was using those smaller 6mm cable holders and the nails in those were not really long enough. I stole some nails from some larger cable holders and use a 2mm drill, (hand twisted) to slightly enlarge the plastic hole. A 5.5mm masonry to insert the nail plug to the wall the tap the cable holder nail into the plug. Tap in gently and the job is done.

Wish that I'd come across these years ago.
It's a bit of a pain drilling a hole to put in a plug and then knock a nail in , but compared to trying to hold a small plastic clip with a hand that doesn't work too well up a ladder and then hit it with a hammer these plugs win every time . It's a very useful product and it has saved me loads of bent wire clips and bashed finger ends . 200 in one box works out as too many but I'm not complaining.

Made the job so much easier!
So much simpler!!! We have moved into a new home covered in pebble dash with very tough engineering bricks I think on the outer walls. This has made life so much easier running satellite, ethernet and all sorts of other cables. Very much worth the extra effort of drilling, cable clips just work and are easier to remove too

They break a lot
Right size but wasted many as they are too rigid and break sa soo you try to put the nail in.
