Bright!
I ordered these to replace some old flourescent lighting above the kitchen cabinets. As a caution, they give good light, however, they are bright white - like airport runway white. If you're looking for something more subtle you may want to consider a different color. Also, the supplied connector to the electrical wiring is VERY short, and I had to do some maneuvering to have enough to place the connection inside the electrical box and still have enough to reach the light strip.Also, some of the units came damaged but I blame that on the shipping. Fortunately, I had ordered a four unit box (cheaper than individual ones) so I had enough to do what I needed.

Works as expected, easy connections, mounting hardware is okay
Works as expected, easy connections, mounting hardware is okay (seemed flimsy but worked fine). Wires also seem thin, but worked fine. Light output seems about as bright as a 100W incandescent (maybe a little less bright but in the ballpark).

good package, easy mounting
It is packed in a cardboard tube, being well protected. It is easy to mount on the ceiling with the hardware offered. And the brightness is OK, but I don't think it is bright as 6500K fluorescent bulb. And the bulb is very thin.

not enough light for my needs
The t8's work very well, compare brighter than florescent counter part. These t5's are just enough to take the dark away, not light the space up.
