Disappointing.
Sorry really couldn’t get on with this, just so painful.. couldn’t use the pillow at all as all the spikes in the pillow made my head tender.When I first used it, it just made me itch dreadfully.. why I don’t know, but then it eased off and became very painful, I was willing the time away. After 15 minutes I gave up. Tried several times over the days but still it didn’t help... very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised!
After seeing reviews saying the main branded version of this product is far more superior and effective I was unsure, even at this bargain price, if it would be a waste of money however I've been pleasantly surprised. I've found it to offer some pain relief and after using daily for a week (I do use it for up to a hour at a time despite the recommendations of 15mins) I have seen some improvement in the tension and movement in my back. I haven't noted any improvement with headaches though. Will continue to use in the hope of further improvements and think it's definitely worth a go for others.

Great product
The initial pain to unbelievable, once in place the relief is excellent. Totally relaxing the body and tension. Very rewarding And pain relief after use.

Nice relaxation
I use it on the ground and in the bed, while reading, relaxing. Maybe I am lucky, but on the back it's quite comfortable for me, there is no real suffering, maybe just when I am finished and roll on the side :) Standing on it however is a nice challange, but if you get through the couple minutes, it gets better...I have some back pain, hopefully it will help on a long term.Quality is great, all in all very satisfied with the product!

Cannot use too painful.
I am unable to use this product- it was very painful when touching my skin with it.
