White Truffle & Parmesan Cheese Cream | White Truffle and Parmigiano Reggiano Cream (3.1 oz, 90g)

After a recent trip to Italy and eating a panini with Parmigiano Reggiano cream, I was unable to find this at any Italian Market. I received my order earlier than expected. I made a panini with the Parmigiano Reggiano cream, Mortadella and artichokes. It was as so delicious! This will be a staple in my home.

White Truffles and Parmiggiano Cream invites playing around with your food. It is very strongly flavored, so "a little dab'll do you," generally speaking. Just try it out a little at a time as a condiment on this or that—meat, vegetables, soups, stews—and enjoy the incredible flavor of truffle.

I liked the consistency and how far a small amount went with pasta. However, the flavor was just horrible. And there was no fixing it with anything.

This jar was used to flavor pasta sauce in meal with roast pork and green peas. The jar was however, tiny and could have been bigger !Flavor and aroma was great though!
