Slides and pivots easily on 1 inch pvc. We used it to create a folding drying rack to attach to a fence post. Great for towels and bathing suits, etc.

I used these to make front doors on a PVC shed I made for storeage. After using them, I now have plans to build a reclining 2 seat bench for my "dog house". (The big shed I built so I have a place to go when the wife wants to throat punch me). These work really well and the material is noticeably better than the PVC connectors available from the local big box home improvement stores and they are close to the same price. I purchased a 1” slip tee, because my rods are 3/4”. I need both rods to slide through the opening. The Formufit 1” is too large and does not fit securely around the rods. I am going to try Formufit 3/4”, which is the same size as the diameter of my rods, to see if it will work.

I used these to make giant tinker toys for my 7 y/o daughter. I used a different color for each different style of fitting so they are color coded. She loves it! It's just like the giant tinker toy set I had when I was a kid which you can't buy anymore. The pipes stick together pretty snug in these fitting but can be pulled apart pretty easy too. So far she has made a helicopter chair that she can sit on (but it doesn't actually fly), several forts (one which I can stand up in!) and some sort of Chinese jump rope court which I don't even understand lol

Used these Slip T fittings to design adjustable stands for bifacial solar panels. The Slip T solves the problem of folding PVC.

Just what I wanted, love the color. Nice solid design and great quality.

Was told at Lowes and a few other brick and mortar stores that these DID NOT EXIST... many "guys" tried to tell me I had misunderstood and that these didn't exist just because they had never heard of them. I needed these to make a hinge on a quilt rack made from PVC. Worked fantastically for my craft show!

Very good and used several on a project. One catch. Double check slip joint on the pipe in use before using that pipe as some pipes are a bit narrow so no friction, some are just right so slip joint holds its position, and some are too wide and especially if painted won't even slip on the pipe. It's not this fittings fault, its the slop in the pipe manufacturers manufacturing. Also for the actual pipe connector portion, I never glue these when used on projects, merely drill a pilot hole and use a 1/2" sheet metal screw to hold it permanently, or a 1-3/4" screw with wingnut for temporary connections to allow for better project storage.
