Good quality and not to hard!..

Cool and comfortable and a great fit

Missed return deadline (tried to give pillow a chance), otherwise would have returned.Pillow is very stiff, and does not conform very well to shape of head.Pillow feels like a sack of clay, it is not very fluffy.

Thank goodness I've been able to switch back to down/feather pillows instead of synthetic! They get fluffed every day when I make the bed, which makes them stay fluffy for years. And I don't sneeze all night.

I bought these for my husband in Nov. 2021, he likes to sleep with 2 down pillows. At first he enjoyed them and had no complaints. He's now complaining about them sounding "crunchy" and feathers poking through. There are dark feathers coming loose and as you can see by the pictures they're everywhere. Sadly, these pillows haven't made it one year before they will be heading to the trash can and I find him new pillows (I obviously will not reorder these).

Really soft, and support is great. Just that the cover is noisy and stiff. I tend to go back to my old pillow due to the noisy cover.

Okay so overall, these pillows are ok. However, I didn’t expect for the outside material to be made of idk feels like idk not plastic but idk it’s weird. The inside is feather. I just wish it had a cotton outter layer like real pillows. I’m keeping them and buying some more else where. They’re comfy just the outside layer makes me too warm. Some people may like that though.

I found a hair in my pillow when I cut the package open!!! :[ It looked washed and used and returned stock sent to me. The seller offered a refund but I refused as the pillows were still nice.
