Perfect pan for cakes
The size of the pan is perfect for baking large cakes, especially tea cakes and chiffon cakes, that require a lot of space to rise. The base releases quite easily and and fixes perfectly to form a stable base. I made a fully loaded tea cake in this pan and the side rim released pretty easily without sticking at all. You'll have to keep in mind that the batter for the cake you bake needs to be thick and it's better to bake this over a cookie tray to avoid spills if any.

Wow....such cheap quality and overpriced product !
This cake tin is of very poor make quality...definitely not worth rs 900...I got a used one with batter sticking on the edges ....beware...I returned it.

Not a true Meyer product at all !
The base is removable - which is great to take out the cake. BUT the sides leak which I wasnt expecting from a Meyer product !

It's a mistake!
The base is not stable. Batter comes out from sides as you pour into it. Waste of money.
