writing this review due to the lack of information available on this scope. Hopefully it can help your decision making process.-- 9" length, see the attached photo for details.-- weights about 14oz,-- covered turrets (a plus in my book), knobs are finger adjustable, click are ok,-- no reticle illumination, which is also a plus in my book for a scope in this price range. I'd rather they not introduce another potential leakage path .-- build quality is typical of a $100~$200 scope.-- not a true 1x. At the lowest setting, it is more of a 1.2x; eye box is not very large; the reticle will appear "bent" if the eye/scope alignment is not perfect. See attached photo ( at the lowest power setting, looking at a door knob at about 6ft)-- first focal plane; image quality is good;-- usable eye relief is about 3.5~5.5" at the lowest setting; and about 3.5" at 4x.-- Now that fancy reticle: according to the crosman/centerpoint website, this scope is for "airguns". But the space between the cross-hair and the 1st hash-line is about 20moa. And that is just the 1st hash line. That is a lot of drop compensation. My guess is that the reticle was designed for crossbow use, crosman repurposed it as an airgun scope? But the cross hair is rather thin so it is not a CQB scope.-- durability: I put it on a Walther Parrus which is considered as a "magnum springer", so far the scope has endured 250+ shots and is still holding up ok, POI and group size stay the same. So I guess it should be at least good enough for a non-magnum spring-piston rifle; or maybe a semi-auto with lots of forward bolt slam such as a mini-14. And this scope does fit a mini-14 ok.Overall it seems to be a well-made scope capable of handling forward/back type recoil. Maybe crosman can change the reticle to a "German #4 + mil-dot" and gear it toward the tactical market?
