I really wanted to like these. I am very happy with this purchase, and the customer service is excellent. They are advertised as sweat proof and for sports, so I purchased these with the intent to use them for running on an indoor treadmill 5 days a week. I also thought the magnets were a super cool feature. Sadly, after about 2 weeks of use, the headphones will no longer turn on, charge up, and the light doesn't turn on when it's plugged in. Prior to this, I was using another brand which cost 19.99 and lasted for a year and a half.UPDATE:The seller contacted me about the broken headphones and immediately shipped me out a replacement pair. The first pair I received was defective, and the replacement pair works very well.

I love these! My sister got me these after I was eyeing them for awhile. I was stuck with some Bluetooth headphones that were pretty basic but I ran it through the washer and dryer and one headphone stopped working. I mainly used it for gym. I also bought other basic wired ones that had very low sound. So I was stuck with two crappy sounding headphones. I didn't want to have to buy wireless and wired headphones. I like wired in case I forget to charge which happens frequently. I literally just got these and I am wowed. The sound is so loud and clear. The mic is super clear as well and can be heard without any problems. These come with 4 different pair which is the best because I have trouble with in the ear buds as usually they never fit me. The smallest ones did the job. The pouch is also an added bonus, and the fact that they came fully charged. Had no problem connecting to my phone or with the wired part. These are worth far more than the current price.

picked these up to replace my Q7's. Nothing wrong with them, my dad just really liked them and took them, so i thought i'd upgrade since they were on sale for the same price. Glad i did. The battery is noticably better than the QY7's and the range is much larger.I wear these rock climbing and when i am bouldering, i leave my phone in one spot. every time i reach the top with the QY7's i'd lose connection til i walk about around the structure to where i left my phone and chalk. I tested these out and i still am connected from one end of the gym to the other.I do like that they're smaller in my ear than the QY7's, however, sometimes while running its annoying having the weight of the controls dangling beside your face.It was very well packaged and came with a large amount of different sized pieces. My only complaint about the packaging is that it was too tightly wound around the foam block and now there's a kink in the wire. Great wireless & wired headphones for the price. Includes a carrying bag and numerous cushions so that you can adjust to your ears. They fit in tight and the sound is great. Though the wire/cable seems a bit thin, the overall build quality seems top notch. Have only used them for a few hours but so far they have been my favorite headphones that I've bought at this price range, highly recommended! However, an improvement I could ask for in the next model of headphones is being able to use the mic while wired. Though the description is clear about not being able to use the mic while wired it still not cool. All in all, it's a 4 star product with some small improvements needed to make it 5 stars.So why rate it 5 stars? See below.I lost/discarded the instruction manual that came in the box. I sent an email asking for the PDF expecting a reply in a few days, however, they replied within a few hours! Late in the evening at that, so their customer service certainly seems top notch and for me merits an extra star to the review as it shows they value the customer even after you have purchased the product.

Wow! What can I say... this wired and wireless headset is awesome! I had an LG HBS760 which, right to begin with, I had to remove the foam from inside to be able to hear anything. I suppose it was there to protect from dirt. The sound was pretty good too, and I loved the long battery life but my primary reason for getting these was because I got tired of having the LG headset die on me and then wait for it to charge. When the Aitalk headset dies, I can simply continue in wired mode and then charge it later. As to the sound, that's what impresses me the most: they are easy to hear right off the bat (no foam to pull out) and the sound quality is definitely better than the LG headset. I was quite surprised at how exquisite the package is and I really appreciate the little case as well as all the different sizes of ear pieces. I really am blown away by the quality and to be perfectly honest, I would have been happy to pay a hundred dollars or more for this headset. This is probably the easiest 5 stars I've ever given.

Absolutely amazing sound!!! Better than $100+ Bose headphones.So I needed a wired connection for training at work but also wanted a useful pair of headphones to use with my iPhone X. I found these and the price was decently right. I just tried them out listening to my favorite music streaming platform and holy man! These headphones have surpassed my Bose wired headphones,the bass is amazing and the sound quality overall was so good that I ran back to my phone and had to write this review! There is no quality lost through the Bluetooth connection.(I’ve had others that did fail on that front.) I love that it has the option to also use with the wire for the fact that it is a huge bummer when you have Bluetooth headphones and you’re jamming at work and then you hear “battery low...battery low”. Problem solved and the sound is not tinny or flat. Fantastic job Aitalk Audio! Huge fan!
