After a hard fall on my elbow, I developed bursitis which leaked fluid and created a golf-ball-sized blob on my elbow. I finally got it drained, and the physician recommended compression to prevent a recurrence. Her initial ace bandage wrap was so tight it was painful and made my forearm and hand swell. I tried wrapping it myself, but it's pretty difficult with one hand, so I opted for a one-piece compression sleeve. This one had good reviews and a good price, and was delivered promptly. I'm on the borderline, size-wise; I got the medium instead of the large, and it was a bit snug but didn't cause pain or swelling. This compression sleeve seems well-made and durable (I wore it while playing a soccer match, among other activities). I wore it intermittently for several days, and the bursal leakage/swelling hasn't returned, so I'm satisfied.

My snoring had worsened over time to the point where I was waking both myself and my wife, even with her ear plugs in. She told me I now snore less frequently and not nearly as loudly, and she no longer hears me with her ear plugs in. She also no longer pokes me in the middle of the night to get me to roll over and stop snoring. For myself, unexpectedly, I find I wake up less frequently during the night and sleep deeper. I feel like I’m waking up better rested in the mornings.With regard to fit, they stay in just fine IF you use a size large enough to make them snug. Initially it was a bit uncomfortable for the first few days as it widened my nostrils out somewhat, but I think that’s the whole point, and if one is sufficiently motivated the minor initial discomfort seems a small price to pay for the results.I quickly rinse them off in the morning and allow them to air dry and they seem just fine. I haven’t owned them long enough to speak to durability, but the material seems resilient enough that I’m not anticipating any problems there.I don’t normally give reviews but this time I needed to share. Great product!

I was so surprised and VERY PLEASED with this anti-snoring aid. I honestly thought it would be incredibly uncomfortable and/or would just not work. I was wrong on both counts. These nose vents definitely did what they are advertised to do- stopped my snoring ( as confirmed by my husband) and by opening up my air passages helped me sleep more restfully. Definitely recommend this product to anyone and their significant other who wants a better and quieter nights sleep

I was skeptical to order but figured I'd give it a try. Cheaper and easier than a C-Pap! I noticed my nostrils open immediately, so much so that I like wearing them in the house! Couldn't believe how well it works. My husband has checked on me a few times already because he worries he doesn't hear me snoring anymore! Who knew!!!? I have been suffering from rhinitis for many years, so that my nose is easy to allergies. I always feel that my nasal airflow is not smooth which makes me very upset . I had tried various ways to open the nose and bought a nasal strips, which didn't improve my nasal congestion. My colleague recommended this anti snoring device to me. Although my rhinitis did not improve after using it, I could breathe easily every night. I feel clear-headed and clear-minded. thanks very much.

This product comes with twice as many sizes as many other versions of these. They are flexible enough to conform to misshapen nasal passages while still holding the airway open. I originally tried this type of breathing aid several years ago with a product that was basically a carved piece of surgical tubing, and which is no longer available. That lasted years and saved me hundreds of dollars in stick-on strips. I expect this to do the same.

I bought this, and it let me practice again.I can't comment as to the accuracy of the sizing guide; I sized mine by comparison to a friend who also owned one. That said, given the right size, it's really excellent. When previously I could not exercise due to knee issues, this lets me continue with only the slightest impairment.

I bought these trips, and I'll sleep in a room with a few people and worry that I'll keep them or worse They'll wake me up haha. All my double-level partners are happy to report this work! Stronger is softer and more comfortable. The rings are too hard. I don't want to wear them. Glad they're working!
