It’s expensive but is a treat and taste of Europe for my husband

This is exactly what I ate while in Germany in the mid 70's. This may be an acquired taste to some since were mostly used to the crunchy stock pieces in the US, but I loved both the taste and softer texture as soon as I tried it!

Tastes just like the sellerie salad i used to have in Europe. Great add on for a salad bar

シャキシャキ感はありませんが、酸味が強すぎないアッサリしたピクルスだと思いました。「小学生くらいの子供でも、酸っぱさが気にならない」と友人が言っていました。その通りだと思います。 ピクルスにこだわりがある大人の方によっては、好まれないかもしれません。

セロリが好きなので試しに買ってみましたがマリネ液が甘酸っぱく、あまり好みの味ではありませんでした。 また漬ける前に一旦茹でているのかセロリ独特のシャキシャキ感がなく香りもあまりしませんでした。 これなら同じキューネでもザワークラウトの方がいいですね。
