Work the first night, I had to use 10 drops though. My ears were that bad I used to be able to just put in some quality oil and that would help. Or if it was really bad, I would have to use steroid cream even though I only use a tiny bit of steroid cream it did work. But steroid cream, thin your skin and I just didn't like that Idea. So I highly recommend this. My first application I put it on one ear while I was watching TV to let it soak in and then whenever I set up, I use the Kleenex to stop up anything that was extra. But I realize that it took away the oil from my ear. And it started itching again, so I made sure this time to use my finger and rub it into the skin that worked like a charm, so I finally slept all night without itchy ears. It was amazing.

A Must Have For Itchy Ears
Works great. All natural ingredients, and no smell. 1st time I used it , my ears are softer on the inside , no more hard dried up itchy wax, to pick out. They feel much better since using this product.

Great Relief for Itchy Ears!
The Miracell ProEar Ear Drops work really well for relieving itchy ears. I've used it for a while now, and it provides soothing relief almost instantly. It’s easy to apply, and I like that it uses natural ingredients.The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because it can feel a bit oily, but that’s a small trade-off for how effective it is. Overall, if you’re dealing with itchy or irritated ears, this is a great product to have on hand!

Life saver for itchy dry ears- if u have dry wax eventually this will help loosen it. Then shower hot water. It took a month of in-consistant use and my ears are better.

I didn't notice a quick improvement.
It didn't make a big improvement but it might be how I used it. Perhaps if I had used it more I would have had better results.

No more itch!!
It works! I wear hearing aids and my ears itched a lot. I used 1time and felt relief right away. I had tried baby oil, Vaseline , olive oil , moisturizing lotion with minimal results.
