Awesome
I actually bought this one as a gift for my nephew because I have one of these I purchased years ago. It works really well and is extremely durable. I only use it for my working sets on squats and deadlifts so it gets use a couple times per week. The difference between wearing it and not is impressive. So far it has held up amazing. Mine is probably 4~5 years old and it looks like new. In all honesty, there was a year to year and a half in there where it wasn't used due to some knee issues (unrelated to product) but I don't think it will matter.

Don't opt for cheap belts if lifting heavy.
I had bought a cheap, under $20, belt that had the wide back and pad in the back. If you are looking at lifting belts, you know what I am talking about. I could never get that thing tight and really didn't seem to give much support. With this belt, I can get it tight and my lifts feel more solid. The belt is thick leather and will hold up for years to come. The holes I use are getting a little worn in but still holding up great. Many people have used this belt after I bought it and most of them love it. It might be a little expensive but worth every penny. If you are looking at lifting belts, make sure this one is high on the list. The price may be high but it could cost more to get hurt on a cheap belt that doesn't work.

Must buy
The Schiek Leather belt has been one of the best buys I've made this year. It is a sturdy and rigid belt that makes you feel secure and protected during heavy lifts. My only complaint with the belt is the material of the inner layer. The layer is some type of fabric padding that tends to shed off on clothing and gym bag when not in use. Also, the padding absorbs sweat but this isn't a big complain. Overall I would highly recommend this belt because it has been great for me.

Belt Good, Man Lift Heavy
FIRST, BE WARNED: I ordered this product, which is listed as XXL, and received an XL. Don't know if anyone else has had that experience or it was just me. I was fortunate enough that an XL still fit me, so I kept it, but it's still bad on whoever's responsible for not getting me the item advertised. I left some feedback on the seller page because of it, but I think it only fair to review the product itself as well. This was the first belt that I had ever bought. I've been working with heavier weights, doing heavy singles more often, so I thought it wise to equip myself wisely. I did a ton of research into what to look for when buying a belt, tried to find out what brands were good, read reviews, watched videos. In the end, I bought this one cuz it was on sale. But despite that being one of main motivations, I have so far been happy with my purchase. My lifts honestly have improved a great deal since using a belt; I feel more comfortable going heavy and know it will protect me better in the long run. This belt isn't perfect- I've been using it for about two months now and it's already showing a bit of wear. You can absolutely tell which notches I use cuz the holes are worn bigger. And a bit of design flaw: after you notch it and go to push the excess through the loop, the tip gets caught on these metal rings and pries down a layer of leather from the tip. I've found a way to keep it from catching to try to preserve it a bit, but it's not comfortable to do. But as far as how it works in use, it's a solid belt. Granted, I don't have anything to compare it to, but I think that shows it as an excellent beginner belt at the very least. I know it's not as thick as you can get in regulation, but I haven't experienced that to be significant. Fun thing that I hadn't expected: It arrives in a big, long box, laid out completely flat. So it will be very stiff at first, but it breaks in pretty quick. The leather is nice and the stitching seems to be quality, so I don't have any major concerns about durability, aside from what I've already mention. I had read the double prong clasp could be a hassle, but I haven't had any problem with it at all. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. If you're looking to step up your lifting game and don't have the budget for something like an Inzer, I'd recommend this right here.

Great belt
To be fair, this is the only belt I've ever used but it does the job and has no discernable flaws. I use it for squats and deadlifts. I'm an average height guy (5'10") with an average waist (33ish) and the medium fit me perfectly. There are an equal number of holes on either side of the buckle prongs when I put it on. I tend to wear it high, around my lowest rib bone but it works low too. I recommend wearing an adequately thick shirt as a thin shirt will allow the belt to really chafe on your skin.

Wrong Belt
The wrong item came, it sounds like this happened to multiple people. Do not purchase this item.

Amazed this isn't IPF legal
My favorite belt. This thing is solid and supportive. It's too bad that Shiek isn't IPF legal... This belt is every bit as solid as a Best belt for about $30 less.I tried a cloth belt for awhile, but the material breaks in and loses all support when the edges start flexing, which ruins the belt. Not so with this. It's a bit stiff to begin with, but as it breaks in the leather gets supple without stretching, so it conforms to your body shape while still being supportive. All in all this is my favorite belt around, period.
