76mm Luggage Wheel Replacement, Suitcase Wheels 76x24mm with 40mm Axle

Worked well on my wife's Travel Pro roller board.

They’re great, but not compatible with TravelPro’s FlightCrew 5 rollers. TravelPro has updated their crew bags to only be compatible with their own product. You can melt the plastic for installation, but not worth the headache really.

Perfect replacement for the Travelpro Crew3. Used the included screw post instead of the original snap rings. The quality looked good enough. I noticed the wheel wasn’t centered on the bearings, but a few light hammer knocks centered the wheel.

Very happy with this replacement set. The outer shell is softer than the stock wheels and I believe better made than the originals. The kit is easy to install with improved threaded fasteners over the factory circlip retainers. If I had one gripe it would be slight drag on one of the wheels from small over size diameter. I'm sure it will quickly wear down? I'll update to 5 * if it does

The wheels I had fitted perfectly to my Crew5 Travel Pro rollerboard. As a flight attendant who frequently moves between train stations and airports, these wheels are a game-changer, providing smooth and quiet operation. I highly recommend them for a TravelPro Crew5 22inches carry on bag. My wheels are 76x24mm, and I used the same original axle for the wheels replacement.

Travel Pro Crew Rollaboard wheel replacement. Works great. Installation take less than 5 minutes. I’ve been rolling the bag over many miles of pavement inside/outside, wet and dry. The wheels have worked perfectly!

I have a 22 inch travel pro from I guess probably 20 years ago. The old wheels were sort of plastic and obviously one broke and worn down to like 70mm. 6mm inside I think—I reused the ones with travel pro. These are basically rollerblade wheels with actual bearings. Looks like they’ll work a long time and an upgrade. Can’t figure they’ll have any problems.

I thought I screwed up when I first took these out of the package as they appeared like they were not going to work. The bearing/bushing part embedded in the wheel was a different arbor diameter than the ones I needed to replace. But after examination, it seemed like they'd work if I could get them out. Sure enough, with the use of pliers they popped right out and the old bearings/bushings fit perfectly. While putting the luggage up, I found another older Travel Pro suitcase that I inherited from my parents that had a bad wheel, but was a totally different set up, (external wheel assembly), but looked like the same size wheel. So I ordered a second pair of the same. I took a minute to figure out how to get the wheel out, you don't have to take the suitcase apart, (like I initially did on one side), but simply take out one screw on the external wheel assembly and with a screw driver it pops right out. Much easier than the first suitcase even. Anyway, it was a perfect fit right out of the box. We haven't tested them out at any airports yet, but so far pretty happy with them now and my lesson in Luggage Wheel Replacement 101.
