I have had one for a few years and love it. I bought this one for my daughter in law for Christmas and she was delighted with it.The free measuring jug was rather small.

This unit is not fit for purpose, it does not keep the food warm at all..

All the lids were broken and had to return the item and pay the postage, waiting on refund

I already have one like this so wanted one for the other end of my table. They work well that's why I wanted another. The downside of this new one is that the electric cable is rather short to reach power point as item is designed to go on a dining table this needs to be longer. I realise it could be a tripping hazard, but if you need to use an extension cable that is worse. Also the plastic lids are not very robust. The free measuring jug is rubbish and as it was cracked when I received it that's where it ended up!

Keeps food piping hot throughout the meal.
