I used this light alone in a tent with seedlings. This iplantop LED light is now my go-to brand.I had been using TWO other brand LED lights for seedlings and early growth plants. Never again will i buy another brand.I have switched to 12/12 now and will give more update on advancement of the plants and power consumption, but I have had NOTHING but good results with these lights.If my plants could talk, they would be thanking me for buying this grow light for them!I chose this brand because I noticed that they had a different 15W led which made of 3 chips,and compared others made of 10W double chips but the power all are 1000w,I am very happy I picked it,Great product and energy efficientIt's very bright, and appears well constructed,test consumption power is 180wNo claims since this lamp runs very cool and very nice.The fans are not noisy for moving as much air as they doThe grow light very bright but with low temperature will not hurting plants.I measured lux at same distances for an HPS 1000W lamp and this brand led 1000W lamp, The test data is very close.I've only been using one month, The plants love the lamp and growing better than with the sodium or halite lights,I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs with my plants in future.

Great light, they have a 3 year warranty and power to spare! I'm going to get one more for my 5x5 area. They stay cool so I don't need to run exhaust all the time.

I've been using this light for a few weeks now. It's not bad for the price compared to some other LED considering it uses triple chip LEDs and has Daisy chain and separate controls for both spectrums. It definitely works to grow plants but in my opinion there needs to be a standard for comparing LED watts with MH/HPS watts. Because this LED light claims it's equivalent to a 1000 watt MH/HPS setup but its only 180 watts. I have another LED light from a different company that says it's equivalent to 1000 watts of MH/HPS and it's 265 watts. I can say with 100% certainty that the 265 watt LED is closer to 600 watts of MH/HPS. So in MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE this light is closer to a 400 watt MH/HPS NOT 1000 watts as claimed. But since there's no real standard I guess different LED lights can claim whatever they want. Nonetheless this light will grow plants just fine and it is a lot cooler than my MH/HPS, requires less setup AND it is full spectrum and cost about the same as a decent 400 watt MH/HPS. I think if the makers can create a LED with larger surface area it might have better coverage and that's important growing indoors. If you are just beginning and trying to have a budget setup this light will work just fine.

The main reason I bought this was because of the money it'll allow me to save on my electric due to it hardly using much energy. It also has triple-chip LED's that have a better PAR value than other single-chip LED's that are available. The two options are "VEG" and "BLOOM" and another thing I like about this light is that it can be controlled by a timer. In the box is the grow light, power cord, hanger, hanging kit, and instructions. It also comes with a 3 year warranty, which is awesome just in case anything were to happen to it. The grow light is about 15 x 12 x 5 inches and it has a maximum coverage area of nearly 5 x 5 feet. Overall if you are looking to upgrade from regular lighting or another LED light that may not have done the trick, this is by far the best bang for your buck right now.

These lights seem to be Great. We hooked them Up immediately and they Worked we wanted to run 220 so had asked Company and Responded quickly with a Yes. Very Bright so Far So Good. Would highly Recommend these lights. We purchased 5. And if we need more will definitely buy from this Seller.

I was skeptical to purchase another light in this price range but bought it anyway because of the great reviews. They weren't kidding, this light is great!! I plugged it in and was immediately worried because it wasn't all that bright. I then made the mistake of bending over to check it out.... yeah, it's bright! My plants LOVE it too. In fact i have to rotate them to make sure they each get time under this light because the growth was becoming so uneven. I wanted to wait until actual flowering began before reviewing. Yep, the flowers love it too! I'll definitely be buying another 4 or 5 of these!

Wow this make a lot of difference, This is my first purchase grow light that are 1k wat, compare to the lamp light bulb grow light, this is way better the leaf is so much greener compare to before, love the function you can choose from veg or bloom. Or both in the same time. Great buy 3rd pic is when I use only the lamp.5/19 update to the light, light still working great, plant is getting bigger than the one i grow outside.

I have a few plant lights for my hobby. This one is clearly the best, powerful and practical. No fancy settings/ controls that are difficult to use and easy to malfunctioning. I use a long cord and a timer to control remotely.
