Brilliant
Recommended to me by a dog trainer. It really helped as it leads from the front of the dog which means they are turned sideways if they try to go in front or pull forward. I found it did discourage them from walking in front of you and forward pulling as it was not attached at the top of the dog's back like other harnesses.

Easy to put on
Great harness and lead. This is now the only one I use. The harness is easy to put on and offers a nice walk with your dog. My dog doesn’t pull now and I feel like she is safe on this. I’ve bought two up to now as she’s grown bigger. String material so should last her a while. Thank you

Works well make sure front strap is quite loose otherwise it cuts into your dog
Pictures 1 and 2.It works quite well to stop pulling. Doesn't stop it completely but definitely helps. The small medium fits my 11kg long-legged jrt fine for size reference. The only thing is you have to have the front strap where the lead attaches loose otherwise it cuts into the dog it's not loose enough to fall around but when he pulls the ring and lead clip pull round to the side. I tried attaching to collar which helped a bit but also stop it from doing its job a little too. It doesn't rub or cut into him when front strap is loose I can fit my whole hand in between dog and strap. But that's fine for me I tightened it up and it cut him. So for people saying it cuts there dogs they have it too tight.Picture 3 and 4.Brought for my standard size jrt 8kg the small fits fine. It stops her from being able to lunge at other dogs on walks well as she doesn't pull on lead. Also I can turn her around so she can't focus on the other dog which has helped her to stop reacting a bit. If you have a reactive dog that lunges this might help you have more control and stop the jerk of the lunge and be able to have them turn and focus on you. Again hasn't cut her at all not uncomfortable for her at all and has improved her behaviour slightly (I am training and using a calming supplement too)

surprisingly effective
This astonished me by working straight away. My 5 year old collie knows how to walk well, but rarely chooses to do so as sometimes it just seems to be more fun to lunge on ahead as if on some very important mission to save the world. I popped this on, he lunged, and then spun around utterly confused and unsure ( this wasn't entirely pleasant, as he did look a bit worried). Straight away that, he began to walk along beside me, as he really doesn't like it when there is any pressure. We even passed a squirrel in a perfectly civilised fashion! astonishing. The long leash is good, as I can allow him to have enough length to go investigate a hedge/ lamp post/ interesting smell if I want to.I had hoped to use this all the time, but on morning walks on the common, when he is let off the lead, he doesn't run about with such lovely wild abandon when he has this on. I suppose some people might this of this as an advantage, but I feel it is a bit of a shame that he isn't enjoying himself quite so much, and I have to assume it is because the harness is somehow uncomfortable. As a result, we only use this for a town walk, but I still use his normal collar for his morning romps. The fittings and clasps etc feel sturdy - quite good actually for the price, so all in all, yes, as long as your dog isn't too uncomfortable in it, I would recommend it for when you need your him/ her to walk well beside you.

Not a long term solution
To start, i should clarify by stating that i was really impressed with this product as it immediately solved all pulling issues. However, after a few days it was apparent that the harness itself was not of sufficient quality to withstand daily use as its now stretched to the point that the eyelet ring, which should be chest centric, now sits way to the side at the dogs shoulder which reduces its effectiveness markedly. This is compounded by the fact that the adjustment loops don't lock into place so within a few minutes they slacken off too exacerbating the issue. It would be unfair to say that this is poor value - it isn't, its just a product that is reflective of its cheap price. In conclusion its a good temporary fix, and its still a functionall harness, but i would recommend looking for a better made, sturdier harness as a longer term solution.

Transformative!!!
This harness has literally changed the dog-walking experience for me & my exuberant Cockapoo! You wouldn't think a Cockapoo could pull you over, but I was living with the dread that she was one walk away from it. (It's very hilly & slippery where we live). I was suffering from pains in my elbow & shoulder, from constantly pulling her back & I started to avoid any pavement walking -& driving to areas where I could instantly let her off the lead.I purchased this harness on a friend's recommendation. IT WORKS! No pulling, a lovely walking pace. If I sensed any discomfort on her part, I wouldn't recommend it - but she seems to be getting more from our pavement walks also, enjoying more sniffs & much calmer. We happily walk around the local villages now as I feel in control. It's very light weight & easy to clean, no chaffing. She loves the puddles & streams & the larger harnesses take an age to dry-out.So, we are both now Happy Bunnies .

BEWARE - BUCKLE GIVES WAY!!
The principle is good but we have bought 3 harnesses over the year and all 3 have failed. The first time we felt resulted from our dog meeting a couple of larger dogs. The second time our dog twisted being nosy and again it gave way So on these two occasions we gave it the benefit of the doubt. However today was a terrifying situation - we were on a path next to a busy main road. A dog barked behind her and she twisted to see the dog, the buckle gave way and she was on the main road without her harness!! Fortunately she returned on being summonsed and an awful accident averted but we cannot afford a similar occurrence again. Yes the idea is good but it is always the beige strap buckle that undoes which could have fatal consequences. Obviously the buckle is not strong enough.

AMAZING product!!!
I purchased this product after trying numerous products with my Labrador retriever. She is 4 and almost 85 lbs. she follows her nose and my shoulder gets tugged around with her regardless of commands, etc. I finally saved and bought this product and let me say, let this be your first option!!! Not your last. I put this harness on my dog and she is a completely different walker now. No more shoulder pain, shorts sprints to a smell, or anything else. I am in control during our walks and the pace is perfect! I recommend this to any and every dog owner. It has worked wonders for us!

Totalmente recomendado
