Many many years ago, a strange story on TV news made a permanent impact on me. It seems that a person was taking many hard-pressed coated solid vitamins per day for years & years. His septic backed up, and he had to call the septic service. They found thousands of hard undissolved coated vitamins in his septic system clogging up the drain areas.So these vitamins were passing thru him, totally undissolved and still coated ! He was 100% wasting his money ! ... That's when I switched to powder capsule vitamins only ! And I think this brand is one of the best ! ( I am sorry if this was "too much information" )

I started this multivitamin as a replacement to Twin Labs One Daily after reading another persons review. This is definitely a great replacement and is my daily vitamin. Happy to find a comparable replacement.

For years I've been comparing formulas of this type of product and I arrived at the conclusion several years ago that this is the best, bar none. It is similar to the famous Twinlab Daily One Caps, but this is SAFER because all of the vitamin A is in beta carotene form, conversely, the Twinlab has 4000 IU of beta carotene and 6000 IU of actual vitamin A. The amount of non beta carotene vitamin A that the Twinlab has is higher than the safe dose, based on all that I've read about vitamin A. From what I've read, the absolute maximum amount of actual vitamin A that one should consume daily in supplement form is 5000 IU. The body converts beta carotene into vitamin A depending on the need one has for said vitamin, the rest is not absorbed and is excreted. I heard someone say that Twinlab may reformulate this product, so far, I'm not aware if they have or not. If Twinlab changes their vitamin A to only beta carotene, then the two products would be pretty similar. Nature's Plus is a great company, this is an excellent formula in so many ways!

I really prefer capsules over hard to swallow tablets. I only take vitamins in capsule form.

Ever since I started taking these my energy levels have tanked and Ive also noticed my urine is bright yellow literally all day after taking them, which tells me I’m not absorbing them why’re Passing right through. Going Back to Garden of Life.

Good ingredients but the pills taste awful.

Have been using this product for years. Helps with my energy level during the day.

Since they are capsules, I know they are fully dissolving. I can tell a difference when I take them or not. Ran out last month, right away I could tell.
