Not 6 boxes of 20 as advertised but one smashed and incomplete box. Clearly opened. This is also a food item so I will not consume out of fear for my family's safety as it has been opened. Avoid at all costs. Another customer had the same experience. Avoid!

My husbands favorite. This is a good healthy alternative to Coffee and he loves the taste

Lovely taste, a nice change from tea

I wanted to love these, I really did. Organic and no plastic in the bag itself, that was a great start. Well packaged and arrived swiftly. All good so far. I bought these knowing that the instructions were to soak in hot water for some 10-15 mins and that’s fine, I usually don’t rush my tea and I end up drinking it cold half the time. I think that may be an age thing. So leaving the bag in for the required amount of time, I was mildly disappointed with the end result. Judging by previous reviews, I was expecting a full on explosion of taste that would sing and dance its way across my tongue to the back of my throat. Sadly, this did not happen for me. I know that we are all slightly different in our manufacture, so others may experience something else. What I ended up feeling, was that I was half tasting something. It was as if it was almost a second hand flavour. Like someone had used the bag before me and then tried to get a second cup out of it. The taste was there, but it was washed out. The smell of it was fairly pleasant but again, somewhat subdued. Bizarrely enough, after experimenting a little, the flavour seemed slightly better when I made the tea in an oversized mug, using even more hot water. It still was not particularly outstanding or that much of an improvement. Bottom line - I can not recommend these at all and I will not be purchasing anymore of this brand. Good luck searching for your perfect cuppa. I do not receive any payment or free goods for writing these reviews.
