I HATE large pills so I was concerned when I saw the size. The smell was offputting as well. However! I was shocked to find that these pills are easy to swallow! I've been taking them for a week and never a problem. Also, this may be wishful thinking, but I'm pretty sure there's more hair on my brows already. I'm also applying black castor oil to my brows, lashes and bald spot near my temple, and took a day one pic. I hadn't planned on taking another until week 2, but I def feel (and maybe see) a difference! Oh! Speaking of high potency, this will turn your pee highlighter or curry yellow. I thought I was dehydrated, nope. Apparently lots of Vit B does that! But drink water anyway!

Delighted to find this B COMPLEX tablet.It isnʻt too big to leave for the last supplement swallowed! Nice, will reorder.

The tablets are easy to swallow

I’ve purchased this product several times in the past couple of years. It has a higher concentration of vitamins as compared to most all other brands. Potency is important in my case because I am taking medication that can deplete my B vitamin levels which are critical for balance and other body functions.I don’t notice any taste and it is easy enough to swallow.
